Eleven years ago we became a reseller for the CR Spotless DI water system. Having sold this system at various trade events, we soon came to realize that the CR Spotless system had many flaws and limitations. The largest system in the range, the DIC-20, only holds 1/3 cu ft of resin. The actual yield of DI water from this system was fairly low, due mainly to the smaller quantity of resin that the unit holds. In areas of poor water quality such as California and Arizona, the CR Spotless system becomes fairly ineffective and will need refilling fairly quickly.

Life after CR Spotless
We tested several different DI water units until we found a system that produced a much higher yield than the CR Spotless product (which wasn’t difficult). Sadly the company that manufactured this new found product had absolutely no idea about customer service and are still constantly out of stock.
Customers were having to wait 3-4 weeks before their orders were shipped and we decided that enough was enough

About eight years ago we started our own manufacturing facility in North Carolina, where we now produce our new range of high yield spot free DI water systems
We now produce and sell thousands of DI units per year, and we do reply and answer customers questions. Understanding our customer needs is of prime importance to us.
