Our story
Back in 2018 we discovered DI water for washing our RV through a popular cartridge system but we soon came to realise the system had many flaws and limitations.
The main limitation being the quantity of resin the unit holds which is only 1/3 cu ft, which we found incredibly limiting to the yield of DI water produced especially in areas such as California and Arizona where the water TDS is very high.
We found that the cartridges were awkward to change when refilling the resin and the lack of a bypass valve system it became tedious to switch between DI and regular water, all of this lead to us thinking that there must be a better way.
After testing several different DI water systems we found a great solution but here the issue was shipping, with customers waiting 3-4 weeks before their orders were dispatched.
This was where we decided that enough was enough and we could provide customers with a premium quality, high yield DI system with changeover valves delivered fast to your door with excellent customer service and Spot-Free Finish was born.
Fast forward to today…
We now produce and sell thousands of DI units per year, and we DO reply and answer customers questions. Understanding our customer needs is of prime importance to us.
